JOHN MANISCALCO, CEO/Executive Producer - John provides direction and supervision at VIP. He has over two decades of experience developing visuals for medical, corporate, retail, government, and education institutions to name a few. As principal videographer and photographer, John brings a skill for turning challenges into opportunities. He has photographed and videotaped a variety of client needs from tabletop photography to live event groups of hundreds. Originally getting his degree in photography before branching into videography, John actually had his first professional filming job in 1973 as a young teenager: a neighbor's wedding that he was paid to shoot. He’s had the honor of photographing notables like Dick Cheney, Fran Tarkington and Candice Bergen.

AMY MANISCALCO, CFO/ Production Manager - Amy is the principal client contact at VIP. In addition to her bachelor degree in financing from the UA, and an associate degree in accounting from Glendale County, she brings 18 years of experience (including some spent behind cameras in the early years) to VIP client projects. Amy is responsible for customer services that range from production traffic management, to scheduling and communication with production associates, and account supervision. Her people skills help keep production projects moving from scheduling through delivery, while her finance background ensures she has her critical eye on the client’s budget every step of the way.

LANCE FRIES, Editor - Lance got his start in videography 10 years ago editing local, main TV news. Today, he brings that same hard-hitting edge and attention to detail to commercials and long length videos. Additionally he is VIP's DVD authoring professional. He has a natural eye and ear for timing and rhythm. When approaching a project, Lance looks for what he calls "key events" in footage, those special moments that bring out the natural drama in a presentation. The same goes for conferences and other events, where he instinctively picks out the truly memorable and desirable that make the final program.

REMOTE PRODUCTION. Our remote teams film, videotape, digitally record and stage all of your marketing/training video and live show needs and provide all equipment, staging, entertainment and crews, including still photography. EDITING. We’re the Lean, Mean Machine of editing studios. 3 suites of digital graphics and image power with the editors and producers who make you r production bigger than life all within your planned budget.
